Behind the Scenes: Preparing to Welcome Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026 at Titanic Hotel Belfast
As Belfast prepares to welcome visitors from across Ireland and beyond for Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2026, there's a real sense of excitement building at Titanic Hotel Belfast.
For our team, hosting guests during such a landmark event is about much more than providing a place to stay. It's about creating a warm welcome, celebrating Irish hospitality, and ensuring every guest enjoys an experience they'll remember long after the final tune has been played.
Bringing the Spirit of the Fleadh to Titanic Hotel Belfast
In the weeks leading up to the festival, our Food & Beverage team has been busy creating a menu inspired by the celebrations taking place across the city.
Executive Chef Alastair Fullerton and his team have developed a selection of special dishes using fresh local ingredients, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy the flavours of Northern Ireland alongside the music and culture of the Fleadh.
Guests can look forward to our Roast of the Day Special, featuring tender carved beef, golden roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and rich gravy, alongside our Bia Mara Friochta – Crispy Fried Seafood, showcasing locally landed seafood from Portavogie, Kilkeel and Glenarm, served with smoked dulse mayonnaise.
Raising a Glass to the Festival
Our bar team at Drawing Office Two has also been putting the finishing touches to a collection of exclusive drinks created especially for Fleadh week.
From a creamy Frozen Irish Coffee made with Jameson Black Barrel and Bewley's espresso to the refreshing Irish Iced Tea and our Portside Apple Perfect Serve, each drink has been carefully designed to celebrate Irish ingredients and craftsmanship.
Whether guests are joining us before heading into the city or returning after a day of music, these limited-edition drinks provide the perfect way to continue the celebrations.
More Than Great Food
Creating a memorable stay is about more than what's on the menu.
Throughout Fleadh week, guests can enjoy live music each evening in the hotel, while on Friday 7th August we're delighted to welcome the Fusion Irish Dancers for a special performance in Drawing Office One, bringing another element of Irish tradition into our historic surroundings.
We'll also be opening our outdoor Seamra Fleadh area, giving guests another space to relax with food, drinks and great company while soaking up the festival atmosphere.
A Team Effort
Behind every stay is a dedicated team working together to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
From our kitchen brigade preparing each dish with care, to our restaurant and bar teams welcoming guests with genuine Northern Irish hospitality, every department has played a part in preparing for one of Belfast's biggest cultural celebrations.
For many of our colleagues, hosting the Fleadh in Belfast is something special. It's an opportunity to showcase not only our hotel, but our city, our local produce and the warm welcome for which Northern Ireland is renowned.
