FAQs

What time is breakfast served? 
Breakfast in the Wolff Grill restaurant is served daily from 7 a.m. - 10.30 a.m. Monday-Friday and 7 a.m. - 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Can non-residents come for breakfast?
Non-residents are welcome but booking in advance is advisable: dining@titanichotelbelfast.com

Where is the hotel parking?

The hotel does not have it's own car park however there is secure underground parking at Titanic Belfast Visitor Attraction next door.  For entrance to the car park, please take the second left hand turn just past the hotel on Queen's Road. This is signposted as Hotel Parking.  

The car parking charge for Titanic Hotel Belfast residential guests using Titanic Belfast's underground car park will be as follows:
  • £15.00 for a 24hr period payable at reception on check-out - guests MUST present the entry ticket received on entering the car park.  The hotel reception will then validate the ticket accordingly.  PLEASE NOTE that cars cannot be taken out of the car park during this period otherwise additional charges will apply - it is a one entry/one exit ticket.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
The whole hotel is accessible by wheelchair.  We have wheelchair accessible toilets in the public areas and we have six accessible bedrooms. We do not have an electric bed or a hoist.

We have a drop off point at the front door of the hotel. Take the first left after the hotel. There is disabled access parking located in the car park in Titanic Belfast.

Can we book lunch or dinner in Drawing Office Two?
Drawing Office Two operates on a first come first served basis with bar and relaxed lounge style seating.

Can we look around the hotel even though we aren’t staying or dining there?
Yes, you are free to walk around the hotel public areas. Ask at reception for a heritage trail map of the hotel. 

Do you have family rooms?
We have a range of Family, Twin and Interconnecting Rooms. Our spacious Family Rooms can accommodate up to four guests.  Our Interconnecting Rooms can facilitate two guests per room with an internal door that connects two rooms together. Do you do overnight stays that include Tickets to Titanic Belfast?

Yes - please refer to www.titanichotelbelfast.com/belfast-hotel-deals or email reservations@titanichotelbelfast.com.

What time can I check-in from and when is check-out?
Check in is from 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m.  During peak times when the hotel is operating at full capacity, there may be a short delay on this.

Are sports events televised?
Not as a general rule, but we can consider for private event enquiries.

Is there a mini bar or fridge in the room?
We do not have mini bars but fridges are available upon request and subject to availability.  These are reserved for medical use as a priority.
