Breakfast at The Wolff Grill is served:
• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Can non-residents have breakfast at the hotel?
Yes, non-residents are always welcome. We just ask that you book in advance by emailing dining@titanichotelbelfast.com.
Can we look around the hotel even though we aren’t staying or dining there?
Yes! Guests and visitors are welcome to explore all the public areas. Ask at reception for a heritage trail map to find out more about the history of the building.
Can I book lunch or dinner in Drawing Office Two?
Drawing Office Two operates on a first-come, first-served basis with bar and relaxed lounge-style seating. Find out more here.
Is parking available at the hotel?
The hotel does not have its own car park. Guests can use the two car parks opposite, on Queen's Road. The entrance to the car park, will be on the right on Queen's Road. Follow the sign for Hotel Parking.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
The whole hotel is accessible by wheelchair. We have wheelchair accessible toilets in the public areas and we have six accessible bedrooms. We do not have an electric bed or a hoist. We have a drop off point at the front door of the hotel. Take the first left after the hotel. There is disabled access parking located in the car park in Titanic Belfast.
Do you have family rooms?
We have a range of Family and Interconnecting Rooms. Our spacious Family Rooms can accommodate up to four guests. Our Interconnecting Rooms can facilitate two guests per room with an internal door that connects two rooms together. To make a reservation please contact reservations@titanichotelbelfast.com.
Do you do overnight stays that include tickets to Titanic Belfast?
Yes, we have our Complete Titanic Experience available here. You can also add tickets to any booking by selecting the tickets from our enhancements on your confirmation email or by emailing reservations@titanichotelbelfast.com.
What time can I check-in from and when is check-out?
Check in is from 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. During peak times when the hotel is operating at full capacity, there may be a short delay on this.
Are sports events televised?
Not as a general rule, but we can consider for private event enquiries and certain occasions.
Is there a mini bar or fridge in the room?
We do not have mini bars but fridges are available upon request and subject to availability. These are reserved for medical use as a priority.
Can I make a special request?
Of course, we are happy to make your stay even more special! If you are celebrating an occasion or would just like to add something special, please select the enhancement on your confirmation emailer or email our reservations team on reservations@titanichotelbelfast.com.
Do you have a gym?
We don’t have a gym, however our Concierge team can help advise you on the local fitness facilities. For further information please contact them at concierge@titanichotelbelfast.com.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, we offer breakfast room service, an afternoon room service menu from 12.30 p.m. to 10.00.p.m. and a late room service menu, available from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. You can find our menus in our Guest Directory.
Do you have laundry services?

Do you have a concierge service?
Yes, our Concierge desk is located in the hotel lobby. The Concierge will be pleased to assist you in many ways, including: Area Maps, Sight Seeing Tours, Car Rental, Room Reservations, Florist, Theatre Tickets. Ahead of your stay you can email them on concierge@titanichotelbelfast.com.
Can I drop off my luggage before check in?
Yes, our Concierge will be happy to store your luggage so you can explore Belfast or enjoy a drink in our Drawing Office Two bar while waiting to be checked in to your room.
