Mojito
Belfast has experienced its hottest day in over thirty years, so it is safe to say that we all need to cool down in style! And what better way to do this is than chilling with a refreshing cocktail in Belfast’s most stylish bar – Drawing Office Two!

The team here at Titanic Hotel Belfast has always been passionate about quality, so our cocktails menus have been designed by high skilled professionals and contain delicious choices for all tastes! If you are the indecisive type, don’t worry! Our team of mixologists are on hand to commend you this season’s hottest cocktails!

The Mojito
An oldie but always a goodie! The classic mojito has stood the test of time and that is why it has made our list for this season must-drink-cocktails. Since it was first created in renowned La Bodeguita del Medio in Havana, Cuba, the mojito has enjoyed fame over the years as the preferred drink of many, including celebrities and culture personalities such as Ernest Hemmingway. While everyone has a different technique, our team recommends sticking to the traditional method of muddling and mashing limes, mint and sugar with white rum, club soda and of course a ton of crushed ice for that minty refreshment. Enjoy a delicious Mojito on 11th July, National Mojito Day, for only £8 at Drawing Office Two!

The Daiquiri
Did you know July 19th is National Daiquiri day? Now that is a date to look forward to! From frozen to sparkling, the daiquiri has morphed into many forms and this summer we are seeing a real trend for daiquiris mixed with our favourite sparkling wine Prosecco! We recommend a sparkling strawberry daiquiri which we feel will become this year’s quintessential summer cocktail. The team selects the finest strawberries for the base syrup and adds them that to rum, prosecco and lime juice. Avail of our fantastic special offer on 19th July: Strawberry daiquiri for £8!

The Negroni
Another classic that has been revived in recent times is The Negroni. As strong as it is simple, the cocktail was originally developed as an aperitif to be taken before a good meal. But in recent times this Italian cocktail has become quite popular amongst cocktail drinkers. For the perfect Negroni, the team uses the finest ingredients to ensure balance in taste. Gin mixed with sweet vermouth and Campari topped off with orange peel – stirred, of course - will make for a Titanic Negroni! Naturally, you might need to rest your head after a few Negronis, so why not make a night off it and avail of the Titanic Hotel Belfast's Monthly Sail offer with rooms starting from £109.

In the rare chance that you can’t find ‘the one’ in our list, don’t worry; ask the team for a suggestion and they will be more than happy to help you in your quest to quench your summer thirst!
