Spring has finally arrived – about time -, the Titanic Quarter is buzzing with life and it’s the ideal time to meet up with friends to enjoy a good wine. For this reason, Titanic Hotel Belfast and Titanic Wines Limited are especially excited to announce the launch of a new indulgent wine inspired by the most famous ship in the world: the Titanic Cabernet Sauvignon.
Husband and wife Johnny and Liz Bottomley, originally from Northern Ireland, have been working and living in Africa for almost 20 years. Produced by prolific winemaker Louis Nell in the magnificent wine lands of Stellenbosch, home to some of South Africa's finest wines, Titanic Cabernet Sauvignon is a strong and smooth red, bursting with flavours of berries and subtle oak.
Titanic wine can be paired with most dishes, especially enhancing the flavour of meat, such as the delicious beef, chicken or duck available at the
Wolff Grill. It can also be enjoyed on its own in a relaxed night out at
our bar at Titanic Hotel Belfast.
Titanic Wines Limited are very excited to have Titanic Hotel Belfast as one of the first establishments to launch their wine. Managing Director Liz Bottomley says they are “eager to bring Louis' Titanic Wine to Northern Ireland”.
“Titanic Hotel Belfast is thrilled to have Titanic Wines onboard”, says Adrian McNally, General Manager at the hotel. “Our wine list has been handpicked to surprise and delight our guests and we feel that Titanic Wines does just that”.
Local food and wine enthusiasts as well as those who come from around the world to marvel at the local maritime heritage can now share their memorable experience of Northern Ireland over a glass of Titanic Caubernet Sauvignon at Titanic Hotel Belfast.
