No Show and Late Cancellations
Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a No-show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value for prepay and save rates. For all other rates, you will be charged for the first nights accommodation along with any perishable extras that you have added to your booking.
Late cancellations for direct book rates will be applied to all bookings based on the terms accepted at time of booking.
Terms and Conditions
If you have booked a prepay and save rate payment is due on booking and is non-refundable. If you need to change your booking you must contact the hotel no later than 3pm on the day prior to arrival.
Rates quoted are charged in GBP inclusive of VAT at the current 20% and subject to availability and alteration. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements.
Check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is 11am. A late departure can be made available upon request and is subject to availability and a supplementary charge.
In the unlikely event you may need to cancel your reservation, for most rates you can do so up until 3pm the day prior to your arrival. If your reservation is cancelled after this time you will be charged for the first night only. Please note that reservations made through advance purchase rates, promotional rates or special package rates are non–refundable and non–transferable. Contact the hotel to confirm the cancellation policy that applies to your specific booking.
Titanic Hotel Belfast wishes to advise the following methods of payment are acceptable: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash with identification. A deposit will be required for incidentals charged along the way.
