Indulge in an exquisite four-course dining experience curated by Chef Alastair Fullerton, set within the iconic surroundings of The Boardroom. Vive La France is a tribute to the elegance, richness, and timeless appeal of French gastronomy, where each dish is inspired by the country’s most celebrated culinary traditions.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with exceptional French wines, hand-selected by Niall Diver of Drinksology. Every pairing has been chosen to compliment and elevate the flavours of the menu.
Throughout the evening, Niall will guide guests through each wine, offering expert insight into the regions, producers, and craftsmanship behind every pour. Begin the evening with a Prosecco and canapés reception in
The Chairman's Office at 7pm and then begin the wine presentation and dinner at 7:30pm in
