We Are Open! At the Titanic Hotel Belfast, the safety and well-being of our guests and staff remains our main priority. Our programme 'A New Clean' will offer guests assurance and peace of mind when they stay at Titanic Hotel Belfast and focuses on cleanliness that will be visible to guests throughout their entire stay – in their guest rooms, bar and restaurant, and other public spaces.

From the 13th December 2021, the Northern Ireland Executive require us to ask all residents and non-residents over the age of 18 for their Covid Status via one of the following methods, all accompanied with photo ID: 
  • Proof of vaccination via a digital passport, or paper certification 
  • Proof of a negative PCR or lateral flow test within 48 hours of arrival (sent to the NHS with corresponding email/text) 
  • Proof of a positive PCR test result within 30-180 days of arrival (via email/text) 
Northern Ireland guidance states that medical exemptions must have a letter from a doctor. Failure to provide any of the above will result in us cancelling your reservation, to comply with Northern Ireland law.
Face coverings should be worn by guests when entering and leaving the hotel and when moving around inside the hotel. Visible markings will guide you safely in the hotel lobby, and our colleagues will observe social distancing whilst checking you in and out.

A full welcome pack will be provided on arrival to assist with a speedy check in for all guests. Key cards are disinfected with medical-grade antimicrobial agent following each stay. 

Our contactless payment amount has been increased and email receipts are encouraged.
Furniture has been rearranged in lobbies and communal areas to allow you to enjoy the hotel’s facilities with proper social distancing.

The frequency of cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces and touch points throughout the hotel has been increased with hand sanitiser stations available for guest use throughout. We will also choose to leave doors open, where possible, to reduce touch points for guests.
Face coverings should be worn by guests to enter and leave the hotel and for movement inside. They are not required when seated at the bar, restaurant, or in any of the meeting spaces. 

Titanic Hotel Belfast operates a full social distancing policy in all food and beverage outlets in line with the most recent Health Authorities Guidelines. 

All breakfast, lunch and dinner services must be pre-booked where possible.Menus are available to view and download from our website as an alternative to the menus we have available in our food and beverage outlets.
Titanic Hotel Belfast have created a ‘Covid-Compliance’ Operational Committee to ensure full compliance with Operational Guidelines. A Covid-19 Safety Training Induction will have been completed by all the team prior to reopening with additional risk assessments being completed with the implementation of extra control measures and amended SOPs.

The hotel researches and engages with the health authorities for best practice advice and there are ongoing communications with all team about symptoms and procedures. All staff have a temperature check prior to commencing their shift daily.
